What program do you use to design these?
I'm using Autodesk Fusion 360, which is thankfully free to use for students and hobbyists.

I fixed the slicer settings for Wine (filament setting was wrong and layer height wasn't a multiple of the step size) and took a first shot at RSS. For the next pass I'll need to make him at least thick enough to stand up and will probably deepen the logo for better visibility in indirect light.

As for models Oblivion and ZTEAGH are up next which should both be challenging in their own ways: Oblivion for being thin/disjointed and ZTEAGH for being... ZTEAGH.

Wow, that's really cool. As for making Oblivion, I suggest printing him on back.

i suggest printing oblivion's logo on a square tile, just like you did with the design of RSS-lock.
(but make the oblivion symbol extruding to the outside, instead of it being carved inside the square.
in short: make it sticking out of the square tile).

That'd certainly be the easiest way, but where's the fun in that?

Printed upside down on his head, with base and lock separate, with a quick glue-up afterwards, is my plan.

To people wanting these irl, pay me for S&H and you've got it. We'll figure something out eventually.

We used 3d printers in my metals class, and we casted them, as the plastic just burns right out when the metal seeps in. Then sand and buff that shit, and bam. Pretty cool shit, mein dude.
Also, do me.
